Sometimes the thing we're struggling with isn't quite what it appears to be.
A relationship that keeps repeating itself. A weight you can't quite explain. Grief that feels bigger than the story you know. A sense that you're responsible for everyone. Or simply the feeling that something is off, even though you've tried everything you know to try.
This is where my work begins.
Family Constellations offers a way to explore the larger family story and the relationships, losses, loyalties, and patterns that can quietly shape our lives. In a constellation session, we look at what may be happening beneath the surface and bring what has been unseen into view.
Energy healing is a separate offering. My Reiki and energy healing sessions are intuitive and draw from years of Reiki practice, energy work, and my work with angels and the Divine Mother. These sessions invite us to slow down, receive, and listen to what may be happening beneath the conscious, everyday layer.
The two approaches are different, but both give us space to pay attention to what may be asking to be seen.
I don't believe in telling you what's wrong or promising a particular outcome. I believe in listening carefully, staying present, and creating space for something deeper to emerge.
